This one is a tough review. I met the entire Soundwave crew up in Pigeon Forge, TN during this weekend's Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. I needed an upgrade to my 2026 Sahara's Alpine Premium system and they had the package I wanted. I signed my credit card with them at 0951 on Thursday morning and was assured by Peter(who introduced himself as Soundwave's owner) that my install should not take longer than 3 hours, 4 at the most. I had a night time Jeep ride planned at 2000(8:00PM) so I felt very good about having bolder sound during our ride. My wife, myself and my 2 chihuahuas strolled the hundreds of vendors booths and exhibits, inside the Laconte Event Center and outside until 1500(3:00PM and just over 5 hours since I placed my order. Needless to say, my Jeep was not ready. I was told a couple of excuses about how they got behind, and that mine would be the next vehicle to get done. I was not too upset, but very disappointed. We walked(approximately 1/2 mile) back to our hotel, dropped the dogs off and walked to a restaurant to eat. We finished eating, went back to pick up our Jeep around 1800(6:00PM) only to find the Jeep was STILL not ready! Had I not signed a credit card for $

They do amazing work. They went above and beyond. I asked for one thing and they took it and made it better . They did such a great job . I’m very happy with the level of craftsmanship and detail they put into my build . Thank you all for all your hard work .

Horrible..... If you want your $3,000 pioneer sound system, wrapped in nothing but electrical tape??? You'd be better off installing it yourself.. lifetime install warranty on labor after you bought said system from them..... They do not honor. When you purchased a system from head to toe. Speakers, ,amplifiers, head set.(Stereo)...new wiring.. ECT.. Now I get having to purchase a new amplifier.... Pay for the cost of the component... But when they sell you a sound system and tell you that there's a lifetime warranty on labor... They need to honor that. Especially when you've had to continuously take your vehicle up to them from the initial install... .

After several attempts of going to the dealership to get my truck fixed after a leveling kit and 35-in tires were installed the dealer failed me two different occasions after I spent $1,500 with them. Rick from Soundwave had my truck fixed in less than 4 hours I'm extremely impressed with the intelligence this man has once again guys thank you so much and I will be a loyal customer to you

In case you were wondering, they have a very helpful and professional specialist who helps with installing lighting (Christian). This is the best experience I’ve ever had with someone servicing my vehicle. Christian went absolutely above and beyond what I expected! Thank you so much for your expertise!
